Did you hear that? That’s the sound of change waiting to happen. These phrases often signal someone is “stuck” in processing mode. It’s just like that annoying hourglass that appears when our computer system is frozen or locked up. We use these phrases to signal to others: We need HELP to rethink and regroup.
